WOut is an independent iOS app built with one clear goal: to simplify workout tracking without compromising capability. It is designed and developed by a single indie developer who wanted a tool that feels calm, fast, and purposeful in real gym conditions, not another fitness app packed with noise, paywalls, and distractions.

Built exclusively for iPhone, WOut takes full advantage of Apple Health and Apple Intelligence while keeping everything on-device. Workouts, plans, and insights work fully offline; your data stays in your iCloud, and nothing is tracked or shared with third parties. Privacy is not a feature toggle. It is the default.

WOut supports both individual training and coaching workflows. You can create workouts in seconds, plan your week at a glance, track consistency visually, and share complete programmes using the lightweight .wout format. Whether you train alone or coach others, the focus stays on clarity and consistency.

There are no locked features and no required subscription. Optional Tip Jar support exists purely to help sustain independent development and keep the app honest, simple, and user-focused.
